If you would like to offer an option where customers can locally pickup from your store follow these easy steps:

Create a "Pick up from store" Shipping Method:

Go to Settings → Shipping methods.
Click + Add shipping method.
Name the method "Pick up from store" or similar.
Set Rate calculation to Pickup from store.
In the Shipping time and rates tab, configure the availability of pickup in different rate areas.
You can specify different shipping times for pickup in specific rate areas.
