How to create custom shipping

You can create your own custom shipping methods if needed.

For example if you have business customers that have their own shipping accounts.

Go to Settings -> Shipping Methods

Then fill out the desired custom shipping. For the example mentioned above you would want to fill in information in the description for your customer to contact you to use their own shipping providers:

You will also want to make sure weight limits are filled in for the shipping option to show on available products

Then when the customer goes to checkout they will see this option:
